databrokerhub

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

databrokerhub is run by Hottub, Inc., a Delaware corporation. This policy covers what we collect through databrokerhub.com, its forms and our email addresses. We collect only what we need to run the marketplace. We don't sell or share the personal information you give us, and the site has no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no cookies.

What we collect

What we don't collect

Datasets in a sale

Datasets that sellers license through databrokerhub, and the rights records and packages we build from them, are handled under the written listing agreement and license for that sale, not this policy. We don't list consumer personal data. Packages are scrubbed of personal identifiers and reviewed before delivery, as described on the fees and vetting page.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

We keep listing and request records while they're active, and until you ask us to delete them. Records that are part of a deal are kept as long as the agreement, tax law and our audit trail require. Email copies are kept for 30 days and rate-limit counts for a few days.

Your choices and rights

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to our team, and our API accepts requests only when they come through databrokerhub.com.

Where it's stored

We store data in the United States. If you write to us from elsewhere, you understand it will be processed there.

Children

databrokerhub is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes affecting people who have submitted a listing or request, we'll also tell them by email.
